Art and animals are my passion! I knew since I was just a little kid that I wanted a career working with dogs, so in 2013, I learned how to groom dogs and have been grooming ever since. I love dog grooming because it combines my love for dogs and my need for a creative work environment. I love all breeds, big, small, and in between, but my absolute favorite breed to work on is Shih Tzus! I love their cute teddy bear faces and feisty personalities. My favorite part of grooming is helping a pet that hasn’t had a spa day in a while feel so much better and healthier. I believe comfort and health are always top priorities! I always strive for your pup to have a stress-free, positive grooming experience. Let’s work together to help your pet live its best, stylish life!
Rebecca has been with us since the very beginning of The K9 Corner back in 2019, and today she’s one of our talented groomers here at The Barkershop!
Over the years, she’s worn many hats, managing daycare and boarding, working in dog training, and now shining in the grooming salon. Her training background gives her a special edge with pups, helping her understand their behavior and keep them comfortable during the grooming process.
At home, Rebecca is just as dog-obsessed as we are. She has three pups of her own: two pittie mixes, Betty Beans & Judy, and a little chihuahua named Peanut, who, of course, rules the roost.
When it comes to grooming, Rebecca has a soft spot for mutts. Since they don’t have breed-specific cuts, she gets to be creative and bring out each dog’s unique personality through their style.
